GENERAL RETURNS PROCEDURE

A. DOA (DEAD ON ARRIVAL) or faulty with-in 28 days of purchase from Auto Electronics.

  1. Must be current product range.
  2. Must be checked to confirm genuine fault.
  3. Any return sent back without authorisation will be rejected.

B. After 28 day’s your return procedure is to contact the manufacturer and follow their RMA procedure. Please see manufacturer’s contact details on the bottom of this page.

IMPORTANT

Unit Faults: must be returned in as new conditions with all accessories, mapping,packing and access codes.

Accessories Faults: you must only return the faulty accessories and NOT the whole unit.

Missing parts: If there are missing parts from the purchase the customer should contact the manufacturer direct using the standard customer service/returns number.
The manufacturer can confirm exactly which part is missing and get a new part sent direct to the customer.

Notes

  1. Returned items are for replacement/repair only.
  2. Returned items will be rejected if not sent with a completed RMA form and customer proof or purchase.
  3. One form must be completed for each item being returned.
  4. Items with N.F.F. (no fault found) will incur a handling and delivery charge (€35).

We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions.

In the Event of Any Errors on Product pricing,this will lead to orders been canceled and refunded if the Customer is not interested in purchasing at the ammended price.

We will let the owner know if such arises and will give them the choice of purchasing at the current price or a full refund.
